When using your treadmill, there is no specific additional equipement required. Wear something comfortable for running and stay away from lose / baggy clothing, to ensure nothing gets caught in the machine. Good footware is a must, cross trainers or running shoes are recommended. Make sure you have lots of water easily accessable for the duration of your exercise to avoid dehydration. To make your work outs fly by, grab a good book or even position yourself infront of the television.
